When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.

• In addition to U.S. postal addresses in the entire U.S. and Puerto Rico, marshalls.com is able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and FPO addresses.

Special Locations

• For APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses).

• Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments. These shipments can take up to 5 additional business days.

• Please know that some states require tax to be charged on the shipping and handling/freight line.
